1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Buuk24 ("we," "us," "our," or the "Platform") governing your access to and use of our website, advert pages, vendor storefronts, community hub, news content, and all related services.

By accessing the Platform, browsing adverts, registering an account, posting an advert, or submitting your details on any form within the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and vendors. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

2 Definitions

• "Platform" — the Buuk24 website and all of its pages, features, and services.
• "Vendor" / "Advertiser" — an individual or business that registers and posts adverts on the Platform.
• "User" / "Visitor" / "Customer" — any person who browses the Platform or submits a lead form.
• "Advert" — a listing created by a Vendor, which may include images, pricing, location, and a description.
• "Lead" — the contact details submitted through an advert form (name, phone number, and optionally email and address), transmitted to the Vendor to initiate contact.
• "KYC" — "Know Your Customer," our identity verification process required before a Vendor's adverts go live.
• "Subscription" — a Vendor's active paid plan that unlocks listing privileges on the Platform.

3 About the Platform

Buuk24 is a lead-generation marketplace and discovery platform. We connect buyers with vendors through instant messaging channels — when you submit a form on an advert, your details are transmitted to the vendor via WhatsApp or Telegram so the conversation can begin immediately.

In addition to the marketplace, the Platform publishes tech news and trends, hosts community channels, and offers deal-alert newsletters.

Important: Buuk24 acts solely as a venue and host. We are not a party to any transaction between a User and a Vendor, and we do not sell, warehouse, ship, or guarantee any product or service advertised on the Platform.

4 Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register as a Vendor or transact on the Platform.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Each Vendor may operate one account per business, and accounts may not be sold, transferred, or shared with third parties.
• We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or close accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

5 Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it. Specifically, you must not:

• Advertise or offer illegal goods or services, including but not limited to: weapons, ammunition, drugs and narcotics, counterfeit or stolen goods, dangerous chemicals, fake documents or currencies, human trafficking or exploitation of any kind, or adult content that violates applicable law.
• Engage in fraud, deception, or phishing — including pyramid schemes, advance-fee scams, or misleading business opportunities.
• Impersonate another person, business, or Platform staff.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform, harvest data, or submit forms without our prior written permission.
• Attempt to bypass, test, or defeat our security systems — including honeypot spam traps, rate limits, and anti-abuse protections.
• Submit false, fabricated, or spam leads, or interfere with another user's use of the Platform.
• Post fake reviews or manipulate the ratings system for any vendor.

6 Advert Content Standards

All adverts must meet professional content standards:

• Titles, prices, images, locations, and descriptions must be accurate and truthful.
• Images must belong to the Vendor or be properly licensed for use — no stolen or misleading stock imagery.
• Adverts must be placed in the correct category and must not contain misleading claims.
• Contact numbers must be active and belong to the Vendor.
• Adverts are subject to expiry based on the Vendor's plan and may be hidden automatically when a Subscription lapses.

We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any advert that violates these standards or applicable law, without prior notice.

7 Vendor KYC & Verification

All Vendors must complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before their adverts become visible on the Platform. This includes providing truthful identity and business documentation.

KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Vendors must keep their information current, and we may re-verify at any time.

8 Leads, Forms & Communications

When you complete and submit a form on an advert page, you expressly consent to your provided details — name, phone number, and optionally email and address — being transmitted directly to the respective Vendor via WhatsApp or Telegram to facilitate communication.

• Once transmitted, the conversation continues on the third-party messaging service under their own rules and policies.
• We store a record of leads for analytics, dispute resolution, and anti-abuse purposes, as described in the Privacy Policy.
• To protect the review system, customers are generally limited to one review invitation per advert, enforced through cookies and IP records.
• Submitting forms with false information, or submitting forms to spam or harass vendors, is prohibited.

9 Reviews & Ratings

Customers who contact Vendors through the Platform receive a secure link to rate their experience (1 to 5 stars) and leave a written review. We strongly encourage honest feedback — it is the backbone of community trust.

• Reviews must be factual, honest, and based on genuine experiences.
• Reviews must not contain abusive language, personal attacks, private personal data, or commercial spam.
• We moderate reviews and reserve the right to hide or remove reviews proven to be false, malicious, or in violation of these Terms.
• Our anti-abuse systems detect duplicate reviews from the same device or network, which may be blocked.

10 Vendor Subscriptions & Payments

Some Platform features require an active paid Subscription. Advert visibility is tied to both an approved KYC status and an active Subscription.

• Fees are as displayed at the point of registration or payment.
• Subscriptions grant listing privileges only — we do not guarantee sales, lead volumes, revenue, or any specific business outcome.
• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or granted at our sole discretion.
• When a Subscription expires, associated adverts are automatically hidden from the public marketplace until the Subscription is renewed.
• We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes will not affect payments already made.

11 Intellectual Property

The Platform — including its design, code, branding, logo, and original content such as news articles and graphics — is owned by Buuk24 and protected by intellectual property laws.

• Vendors retain ownership of the content they submit (images, descriptions, branding) but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host and display it within the Platform's operations.
• You may not copy, reproduce, or use our branding or content for commercial purposes without written permission.
• We respect the intellectual property of others and will respond to properly submitted infringement claims.

12 Third-Party Services

The Platform integrates with third-party services — including WhatsApp (operated by Meta Platforms) and Telegram — to deliver leads and enable communication.

• These services are independent third parties with their own terms and privacy policies, which you must comply with.
• We do not control these services and are not responsible for their availability, actions, or policies.
• Any links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.

13 Disclaimers & Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Beyond identity verification (KYC), we do not verify the accuracy of Vendor claims, the quality of goods or services, or the ability of Vendors to fulfill their offers. You transact with Vendors entirely at your own risk — verify details, inspect products where possible, and use sound judgment before making payments.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Buuk24 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform or your interactions with Vendors.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law. We are not liable for the conduct of Vendors, the quality of their goods or services, or disputes between Users and Vendors.

15 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Buuk24, its operators, and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) content you submit to the Platform; (c) your conduct toward other Users or Vendors; or (d) your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

16 Suspension & Termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the Platform or its users — with or without notice.
• Fraud-related violations result in permanent bans with no possibility of appeal.
• You may stop using the Platform at any time; Vendors may request account closure by contacting support.
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification) shall survive.

17 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform operator is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform should first be raised with us directly through good-faith communication via our contact channels below. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

18 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, legal requirements, or our practices. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.
